Our Kitchen Remodeling Services
Custom Design & Layout Planning
Every great kitchen starts with a smart plan. Our designers will work with you to reimagine your space, whether you’re expanding for an open-concept design or working within your existing footprint. We’ll help you improve traffic flow, functionality, and aesthetics — while making sure your space meets all Maricopa building code guidelines.
Cabinets & Storage Solutions
Cabinets set the tone for your entire kitchen. We install custom and semi-custom cabinetry in styles like shaker, slab, and inset — complete with smart storage upgrades like pull-out trays, hidden spice racks, soft-close hinges, lazy Susans, and pantry towers to maximize space.
Countertops & Backsplashes
Your countertop is your work surface, centerpiece, and design anchor. We install durable and elegant options like quartz, granite, marble, butcher block, and solid surface. Add visual impact with a custom tile or glass backsplash that ties your kitchen together — from bold mosaics to sleek subway tile.
Lighting & Electrical
We modernize your kitchen with layered lighting that’s functional and stylish. We install recessed ceiling lights, under-cabinet LEDs, pendants above islands, and dimmer switches — all designed to enhance your workspace and ambiance. We also upgrade outlets, GFCIs, and wiring to meet current code.
Flooring Installation
We offer a wide selection of kitchen flooring options that are both durable and beautiful. From waterproof luxury vinyl plank and ceramic tile to engineered hardwood and laminate, our team helps you choose a surface that fits your lifestyle and ties the entire kitchen design together.
Appliance Integration
We coordinate the delivery and installation of your new appliances — including cooktops, ovens, refrigerators, dishwashers, microwaves, and range hoods. Our team ensures proper electrical and plumbing connections and will assist with sizing and venting specifications for each unit.

Listen To What They Say.
Great experience working with F1 Contracting. Dale remodeled our primary bathroom and we are very happy with the result – it’s perfect! I was most impressed with their experience/knowledge, attention to ALL details (seriously), ability to stick within our budget, and overall how much we could trust F1. I will be sure to recommend F1 to friends and family in the area. An extra bonus was how much our young boys loved talking with Dale each day! I can honestly say it was a pleasure.
