Listen To What They Say.

Great experience working with F1 Contracting. Dale remodeled our primary bathroom and we are very happy with the result – it’s perfect! I was most impressed with their experience/knowledge, attention to ALL details (seriously), ability to stick within our budget, and overall how much we could trust F1. I will be sure to recommend F1 to friends and family in the area. An extra bonus was how much our young boys loved talking with Dale each day! I can honestly say it was a pleasure.

Chris, Dale, & the rest of the guys at F1 did phenomenal work installing windows, demo’ing & installing full bath. I could not be happier with the communication, responsiveness, reassurance, and final product. I am swooning over this new bathroom! It is better than I ever imagined!

MaryBeth Catullo

F1 Contracting really is an amazing company to work with. They completely tore out my old useless kitchen and created a magazine worthy kitchen in its place. They also replaced my old front door, updated my half bath, and refinished my hardwood floors. From start to finish, Chris and Dale really listen to you and work within your budget and always keep you updated on everything. They are a very honest, reliable, trustworthy company.

Armand Canez

F1 Contracting and Dale have been amazing to work with. He took my nightmare of a kitchen, stairs and a laundry room from a flood and turned them into a dream come true! He dealt with the challenges head on and everything turned out so much better than expected. Communication was excellent. I highly recommend F1 Contracting.

Chris Watabead

Dale and his team did a remarkable job replacing the floors of our nearly 150 year old home. They were fair with the price, thoughtful with the process, and left the work space spotless after the job was done. We would recommend to all looking for a contractor and will definitely use them for future projects we may have.
